Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information Bullet Storm Runner (the "App"), developed by ir-As Games, collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how it is protected. It covers both the iOS version (Apple App Store) and the Android version (Google Play). Where the two versions differ, this is stated.

By downloading and using the App you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

a) Collected automatically

b) Provided by you

c) Stored on our servers (Google Firebase)

d) Stored on your device

Your game progress, lives, daily missions and settings are also stored locally on your device (localStorage). This local data is removed when you uninstall the App.

3. Ads and Tracking

iOS: The iOS version shows no ads and does not track you. It does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA), does not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt, and does not share any data with advertising networks or data brokers.

Android: The Android version shows ads through Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and optional rewarded video ads), which uses your advertising ID and device information as described in Section 2. Ad-free play is available through an in-app purchase.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply:

Google Firebase (Realtime Database & Authentication): Provides anonymous authentication, hosts the leaderboards and stores the progress backup described in Section 2. Data is stored on Google servers in the European (europe-west1) region. Privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Google AdMob (Android only): Serves in-app advertisements in the Android version. AdMob collects your advertising ID and device information. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Apple App Store and Google Play Billing: In-app purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We never receive or store your payment card details; these are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We only receive confirmation of whether a purchase completed. Privacy policies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google Play Services and Google Play Games (Android only): The Android version relies on Google Play Services and offers sign-in with Google Play Games.

5. How We Use Data

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, and only as needed to operate the App.

Your player name and scores are publicly visible on the leaderboards. This is a core feature of the game.

7. Data Retention

Leaderboard entries and progress backups are retained until you request deletion. Weekly endless rankings are kept for the week they belong to and may be deleted afterwards. Local data remains on your device until you uninstall the App.

8. Consent for European Users (GDPR)

On Android, users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are shown a consent screen for ad personalisation when the App first launches. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Settings → Privacy Settings. The iOS version shows no ads, so no ad consent is needed there.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below.

9. Data Deletion Requests

To have your data deleted from our servers (leaderboard entries, weekly endless score and progress backup), email info@1e1.org stating the player name you use in the game and whether you play on iOS or Android. Requests are processed within 30 days and the data is permanently removed.

The data stored on your device is erased when you uninstall the App.

10. Data Security

Data is transmitted to our servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Leaderboard entries are protected by security rules so that only the owner of an entry can modify it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us.

12. Your Rights

13. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Significant changes will be announced in the App.

This policy is also available in other languages. If a translation differs from this English text, the English version prevails.
